I got a haircut by Adrienne, and it was by far the best haircut Ive ever gotten. If you think they might not do as good of a job here as a professional place, you are wrong. They are all students, so they are doing their absolute best every time. Also, the instructor has to check your hair after, so it has to be perfect. Adrienne is the nicest person ever and she made sure I had the best experience possible. Also, its only $8! She also helped me figure out what kind of shampoo and conditioner I should use after she informed me that what I was using isnt very good. After going here once, I dont want to ever go back to a normal barber. I will definitely be returning next time I need a haircut! Thanks Adrienne!
Okay experience. Called to schedule an appt a few weeks ahead and the woman confirmed, had to call a few days prior to the appt to reschedule and a woman again confirmed the change. Showed up and there was no appt in their books… the gentleman who helped the front desk said they’d fit us in but their demeanor made me feel like it was somehow my fault for their mishap… Stylists were friendly but lacked the attentiveness and customer service you’d expect at a salon… granted they’re students, so I can see their growth potential. Hair cuts were fair as expected. Likely won’t return but it was nice to see how they all did and support their local students.
I took my three young boys to get their haircut here. The students were all super sweet and friendly and did a great job with their hair. The instructor, however, was very rude and unwelcoming to us from the minute we walked in the door and was rude to the students as well. She kept taking over for the students and was pretty rough with my youngest and ended up cutting his ear. She barely mentioned it or apologized about it. The whole experience was very disappointing.
