I cannot thank the staff at Chessbrook enough, they are a credit to our society, They encouraged my son to achieve when his mainstream school had turned their back on him. He is now in an apprenticeship doing really well and very happy.

What can I say about this school!!! Fantastic Fantastic Fantastic.

My son who is year 11 ended up coming to this school in October 2020, wasn’t to keen if I’m honest.

But my goodness me, they have helped my son out so much, he has come so far and is now expected to have Fantastic grades for his GCSE. Chessbrook treat the children with respect and keep them informed of everything that is going on and what is expected of them.
They take a keen interest in what the children are interested in and help them achieve there goals.

My son is sad to be leaving Chessbrook and has said he wished he could of come here from year 7 .

The teachers call me every week to let me know how my son is getting on, don’t get that from any other school.

All I can say is THANK YOU chessbrook for everything you have done for my son.

I cant thank all the staff enough chessbrook staff have supported my son and myself through the teenage years of his life. My son left school with 16 qualifications and that is all down to the constant communication care and compassion shown by all that work there. I was so worried my son wasnt in mainstream school and now I’m so happy he stayed at chessbrook. This school is made up of modern day heros.

An outstanding support centre lead by a totally committed head that changes the lives of the young people referred to it.
