We toured various daycares for our child, we came to Children’s Lighthouse North Tarrant Parkway and knew we found the best fit. Our child has been here since they were 4 months old but we couldn’t be happier with the care and development our child has experienced. From the caretakers, teachers, front office staff, support staff, and owner…each genuinely loves their job and cares for children. What makes this establishment stand out is the professionalism, great communication, cleanliness, and fun atmosphere and events they create for the kids. As a child advances through the classrooms, the structure, lesson plans, and activities leads the child through successful childhood development stages. My husband and I have gotten to know some of the staff well, and they are genuinely caring people. We feel so blessed to have found an establishment we trust with our precious child.
Its so unfortunate that I have to leave this review. My son has been attending here for a few months and the price my husband and I pay is not up to par with the care my child has received. It is so disappointing that some of the teachers just dont care. However, teachers like Liz and Kayla are just so phenomenal with the children and I wish them all the success in the world! The people at the front desk are always so nice and respectful its just so unfortunate that my son had to endure neglect at the hands of these floaters. I sent 2 emails regarding a second incident that happened with my child just a few days ago and still waiting for a response. I really tried to give the benefit of the doubt when my child was neglected the first time but now I see a pattern
