Where I can trust to leave my kids and in my heart feel comfort like they are in the care of my family or close kind relatives?

Where i can find instructors that work with passion and love ?

Where I can leave my child that I don’t feel guilty that my child is not in my care and he is away from my attention and love ?

All the questions answer is : children First Balmoral Street preschool Blacktown.

I would love to call this center , love is first instead of children first , because my child is in love with his teacher and he is happy and celebrate each Sunday that he will go to center by Monday and he can visit his teacher And friends. Such a lovely environment and I found at most useful and peaceful centre . Even though I can afford to pay in full for other centres around Sydney honestly, I prefer to bring him here because I saw how careful kind and passionate the staff of this centre is.
Love you Children first

Would recommend this centre to anyone!
I have 2 children who attend this centre and have for many years since they were 6 months and 1 year old, couldn’t be more confident leaving my children in the most capable hands. The staff build great rapport and trust with each child and it’s such peace of mind knowing the staff have the children’s best interests at heart.
All staff are so friendly and welcoming and are great educators, both children have learnt so much and I am forever grateful to everyone of the educators for their time and effort in reaching my children’s milestones and beginning the children’s education.
My experience has changed drastically. My son was very upset from few weeks and was showing his apprehensions to go to the centre. One day, I just went to check him around 12:20 and while talking to another staff member about my son outside the room, I saw the room educator screaming and yelling at one girl and banging the door. After seeing this, I was really shaken to the extent that I took my child back home with me. I believe I was able to resolve the mystery for my son as to why my son was not wanting to go to preschool. My son always used to look under fear and pressure. The incident was then reported. After some time, I got a call giving me an option to withdraw my child and they would waive off 2 weeks notice. I sent my child to preschool to outgrow and outshine, not to get scared and suppressed. My child’s psychology was really impacted to the extent that he became very quiet and anxious about everything around him.
Never will be sending any of my children there nor will advise or suggest anyone. Some of the teachers were just horrible!! I actually was a bit iffy about the decision of enrolling my first born there, because on the orientation day, one of the disabled little boy was playing and putting sand in his mouth and the teacher or helper whoever she may have been wasnt even really stopping or doing anything. Anyways we still went ahead as we thought it could just have been something she hasn’t been aware not carelessness and could just be one off. But nah, once we had our first born enrolled we saw the true colors. I did hear that some other groups teachers were okay depending on days but not sure how much of that is true. Reception staffs were nice but whats the use its the teachers who look after our kids. If anyone ask about this centre, no way I would recommend this place to anyone. This was couple of years back,I don’t know if anything has changed yet, this is the only reason why I rated 2 stars otherwise even 1 star wasn’t good enough for this place.
From the front desk to the director and teachers all staff are caring and attentative to my child and his needs during transitioning.
It is a positive, friendly pre school. My child has developed in abundance through interactions with other children and his teachers. He has a real feeling of belonging and loves attending preschool.
