There are so many wonderful things I can say about CMMS. Location, staff, technology, cost, and most importantly the education and care that my son receives is amazing. The staff is truly welcoming and inviting, and when we walk through the doors we feel as though we are in a nurturing and caring environment.

Location: We know that my child is safe and secure and well looked after which makes my family very comfortable. The building is secure, and fenced all around and they are adequately staffed so I never have to worry. Any incident is followed up with a phone call and safety protocols are disseminated appropriately.

Staff: I am so thankful for the staff as each one ensures the education and enrichment of all the children. You can tell they care. They look forward to greeting them and they work wonderfully with each personality.

Technology: The check in and check out system is effective and very user friendly. The dashboards allow me to see the progression of my child which we truly benefit from. The director is very communicative which makes me feel good knowing that they are taken care of.

Cost: Look, any program that you expect a very good return on investment will mean you pay more. But because we are able to drop my son off at 7:30am and pick him up by 5:00pm each day Monday through Friday, it is worth it.

Education:
One of the best decisions I have ever made. My son is in school full time. This isn’t daycare. He has home work occasionally and even is as parents are given tasks to complete. I am fully bought in to the Montessori method and thankful for CMMS. There are many after school enrichment programs and I always look forward to learning about all the great things he has done both from him and his daily report. I can’t wait to start the trips again in a post-covid world.

This has been one of the best decisions we as parents have made and we don’t have any regrets. We are thankful for the CMMS family and look forward to watching our son grow.

I still have no regrets!!!! My child has been attending CMMS Baltimore for almost 3 years, and I haven’t been disappointed yet! The only things that make it not perfect, are the same things that probably make no school perfect…teacher turnover, additional costs for extra activities, etc. However, with these imperfections, my child is safe, excelling academically beyond expectations, learning the value of good character and basic life skills. I am certain with her experience at CMMS Baltimore, she will be ready for whatever comes her way. The school has good communication with an electronic system that provides daily updates including pictures. The teachers are always willing to partner with me if an intervention is needed. My biggest disappointment, the school stops at 1st grade!
Our daughter attended CMM for a year and it was hands down, the best educational experience that we had with either of our two children. I wish we had found the center earlier. Located near CMS headquarters on Security Boulevard, the Manor is just a mile down the road from Social Security’s main headquarters. The center is always clean and we’ve been impressed with the entire staff. We visited several times before enrolling and were amazed at seeing room after room of quiet, engaged children. If you’ve never seen a Montessori school, you owe it to yourself to visit one. They have a terrific cultural curriculum and do plenty of field trips. We received a personal touch with our daughter’s educational progress and emotional development. We will truly miss this place. On to Kindergarten!
