We joined The Childtime family in 2008. Between my two girls we have had the pleasure of experiencing every room (age group) Childtime has to offer. Over the years we have had nothing but wonderful and positive experiences. It is nice to walk in every day and feel ok about leaving your child, which was hard for me at first with my youngest because she was only 8 weeks old when I had to go back to work. It took me longer than it took her to adapt. I quickly came around though… seeing how loving and attentive the teachers were to her. It made things a lot easier. She is now a bright and intelligent 3 and a half year old thanks to everything she is learning. My oldest daughter is now in 2nd grade and she is at the top of her class academically, so I believe Childtime is owed thanks in part for this as well. I really feel like the staff is my extended family, which is such a wonderful feeling! Thank you to the Flagstaff Childtime Staff for everything you have done for us! Especially the Director Joanna, she goes above and beyond for my kids on a daily basis!!! Joanna, we don’t know what we would do without you! Over the 5 years we have been coming to the daycare we have had a lot of great teachers, thank you to every single one! Past staff (Ashly, Kim, Maria, Tazneem, Lora, Ellissa, Jenn, Vanessa, Angie) and present (Tasha, Jamie A, Jamie C, Christine, Becky, Kendra, Amy, Jacque, Brianna, Kelsi) You guys are amazing!

I found ChildTime through my BrightHorizons benefit through my employer. I was in need of back up care for my infant for a week.

Joanna’s communication was exceptional. When I informed her about our daughter’s multiple food allergies she offered to send the menu for the week so that I could cross off the foods containing her allergens.

Joanna even called us the evening prior to let us know RSV had been present in our daughter’s classroom so we could decide what we are comfortable with.

Ms Ryan and Ms Jamie, the infant teachers, were wonderful. They took such good care of our daughter even when she was teething.

The app (SproutAbout) is so nice because it allows you to watch a live video feed of your child’s classroom while they are checked into class. Overall had a great experience and will be enrolling soon!

Took the tour. The interior is dirty, loud, and chaotic. Staff appear overworked and cheerless. The classroom teacher was reading a book while a student coughed continuously all over her and the other students. The director was pointedly oblivious, claiming to have never had any issues with staffing, sitting in an office full of random supplies, with hardly enough space for three chairs. We’ve used 3 daycare providers before and not seen one this heartbreaking or expensive.
