New teachers all the time, lost my kids items, did not change my son’s diaper unless he pooped (2 times a day) so he stayed in pee-soaked diapers for long periods of time…how do I know the exact number of diaper changes? we use cloth diapers and take home the used diapers… never were there more than 2-4 diapers in there….when there should have been 6-8. My son, who had NEVER in his life had a diaper rash, had a terrible rash (which went away about one week after we got them out of this place… they were unable to get my kids to eat and they would come home STARVING and cranky (even asking them not to give my son fruit with his lunch, or that is all he will eat…. REPEATEDLY ASKED THEM TO DO THIS, but then when i would ask about it later it was like we had never even had the conversation), they do not “push naps”…aka… they do not want to deal with trying to get all the kids to settle down… My 3 year old needs a nap, but of course he will choose not to if you let him… now that he is in good care, he takes naps again. oOh, and if you sneak up on the teachers and watch them threw the window, they are standing in a circle of 3 chatting to each other with NO ATTENTION to the children, some of whom are hitting the others. My kids cried and protested every single time we left them here even though the previously loved their “school,” aka childcare.
bottom line: I FELT TERRIBLE AND GUILTY EVERY TIME I DROPPED MY KIDS OFF AT THIS TERRIBLE PLACE AND SIGHED WITH RELIEF WHEN WE LEFT FOR THE LAST TIME.
