Rating a school can be tricky as every student is different, but we love this school. We moved to the area from across the country and had trouble finding out which schools were good. We love it here. The principal frequently hosts open house coffee events for parents to make contact and keep in touch. The PTA is very well organized and accomplishes a lot for the school. (They gave out magnet calendars in August with all the important dates and fundraisers for the year.) My child’s teacher sends out weekly updates and responds to emails quickly. My child feels loved and respected in the classroom and is thriving in school as a result. The class parents organize and run holiday parties that every family can attend. (Halloween, winter, Valentine’s Day, etc.) We feel welcome in the school community and are glad we chose this elementary school. Plus, the view from the parking lot is pretty nice.
Wow!!! This is an amazing school with a truly great staff. I believe that this school has set my two children up for success. The teachers are laser focused on finding the best path to educating my daughter’s and preparing them for the future. Every teacher conference I’ve been to I feel that the teachers truly care and work with me as a team for my children.
