Office staff of young women with terrible customer service skills. Often rude, very expressive of what they are not gonna due. Teaching staff could be more patient with students and parents. Yes, there are several students with behavior issues, you would think they have better strategies for dealing with it. Principal is usually never available without an appointment. Then the school has a policy where you can’t do pop ups to check on your children.
They will not stop leaving me voicemails on my phone I have no kids and don’t live in the city so why keep calling after I have told you to stop. My number must of been a parents old number and they never changed it been going on al school year.
I’ve been at CCPA since I was in kindergarten. I am now a senior about to graduate. I’ve had a wonderful experience at my school and I am proud to be a Lion
