The worst experience for fee payment. There is an option for online payment, but it is not currently being accepted.
When asked for the reason, the management stated that the first payment must be made at the school.
If you insist that parents make the first payment at the school, you should arrange facilities for receiving payments that take a maximum of one hour, not four to five hours. You should respect parents’ time.
I really hope the education here is worth it. I have been here for four hours now just trying to get uniform measurements and the fee structure, but the administration and accounting systems are bad. For accounts, there are only one or two counters, however, the whole school, with a packed load of parents and students, must use them. If you visit for accounts purposes, you may have to wait for up to six hours for your turn. This isn’t even friendly with the current pandemic situation. The school’s structures are modern, though, but the staff are antiquated.
Many cons for this school. While it is affordable, there are long wait times for everything.
My son has been studying here for three years. KG1-2 were fine, but it has been bad since 1st grade. Parents basically have to teach the kids; I don’t know what they teach in the school. Every year, the kids are shuffled to a different class, which is disruptive. My son misses his old friends. It’s a shame that the school doesn’t understand children’s feelings of anxiety about new classrooms and new friends.
My experience with the front office management was very bad. They were not supportive or respectful when addressing parents. Furthermore, parents were left waiting outside the school for a long time. The school should provide adequate seating arrangements and treat parents with respect.
I was very upset with the services at City School, but the staff member, Nabiha, on counter three dealt with me in a very professional manner. Management should appreciate her because she is perfectly suited for her position. Keep it up, Ms. Nabiha! My frustration disappeared. Sincerely, Ms. Allya.
This school is very bad, to be honest. The staff doesn’t care about you; they have such an attitude and don’t show respect when talking to anyone. This school is only famous for its name. There’s nothing good about this school; it’s honestly the worst school. Don’t enroll your children here.
Worst school, avoid it if you can. The principal is so rude, children get bullied, and nothing is done about it.
