I have been waiting for my Transcripts since September 17th 2022. I went there on September 24th 2022 they was told that they had to send out for them, I waited until October 17th, I called and I was giving the run around, we are working on it be patient I was told that it shouldn’t have taken this long. Now it is January 5th 2023 and I still have not heard from them, when you call either you don’t get an answer or you are on hold for 45 minutes to over an hour. Mayor Bibb’s need to go down there and CLEAN the WHOLE HOUSE OUT and put people in there who would love to work, not be standing around talking and laughing. This Administration is a BIG JOKE. UNBELIEVABLE.
My son doesnt go to Cleveland public schools but he uses Cleveland public school transportation. I have been dealing with the Cleveland school buses for three years now its been such a bad experience! Sometime, my son doesnt need to get picked up for school. Then you called the depot and theres a bunch of women with nasty attitudes. They lied to you and tell you that theyre gonna call you back and theyll send somebody to pick up your kid and then they never call or show up.!!!!
