My prep teacher was amazing, my grade one teacher was nice with students but pretty rude to adults, my grade 3 teacher was terrible (also I hate the French teacher if it’s still the same one from when I was there)
I moved schools a few months into grade two and went to homeschool, then I went to other schools, Spensley street is 100% better
Wow, This school has left a place on my heart from when i was in year 2 all the way to year 4. i remember all my teachers, Miss Calabreese, Miss Duff, Miss Janofski. A Blast from the past Musical c/o Miss Duff Directing. wow. and it looks more special then ever in these pics. BTW it was called Gold st state school back then. oh and my greek teacher i know im going to spell this wrong, but she was awesome too her name was Ms Fuacilaski.
so much of my childhood was spent here and it was a really great community. the education here was great but they made us sit on the floor which is inhumane imho. after 7 years of sitting on the ground crossed legged, I can definitely say I don’t miss going here. like seriously it was ok for the preps but then you got 12 year olds sitting on the floor like a bunch of babies.
I went to this school and it is the BEST SCHOOL EVER!!!!!! Best memories of my life!!! Greatest education
One of the best primary schools in the state. Great facilities and teaching. They put on amazing fete each year. Those in the catchment area are very lucky.
