I came here after being blocked on the school’s Facebook page under a post that was encouraging contacting Susanna for enrollment, when just the day before I was told that I needed to find a plan B and C because there was no telling when there would be an opening. I didn’t understand where the rudeness and attitude was coming from. I simply stated under the post that she was unnecessarily rude to me the day before, and she blocked me.

Now I’m wondering if the classes truly are full or is she just being selective and dishonest. Because why encourage enrollment if, and I quote, “There’s no telling when there will be an opening.” Even if you were having a bad day Susanna, there was still no need to be as rude and condescending as you were. It was unnecessary. And then to block me as though I said something wrong instead of just communicating or offering an apology says a lot. I’m glad that you showed your true colors, because you are definitely not a person I would want “caring” for my child.

This daycare is absolute garbage. It looks nice and the people that work there seem friendly enough, but not without having its problems. They lie a lot and give them the chance and they will rip you off. They were supposed to help with potty training but their recording of the potty training sessions is a joke and numerous times my child has come home with a soiled pull-up. That’s not to mention that they said my child hit himself in the face with a toy. He’s never done that in his life and when you ask how he got a scratch on his face it’s pulling tooth and nail to get any answers. And then a week after that he had a bruise on his face also with no explanation. They do a lot of things right but I believe they also abuse certain kids. Mine being one of them. And upon his last week at the daycare they tried charging us more money instead of using the deposit we had already paid for the last week in which we had to fight and argue that the deposit was paid.
