Hands down theres no better option than Coastal Real Estate School. When I decided to make a life-altering career change into Real Estate my first thought was Coastal Real Estate School! My teacher was Craig Yarboro and honestly, I can say wholeheartedly that he has been the best teacher Ive had to date. Craig just doesnt teach whats in the book, but real-life Real Estate experiences and stories as well. You can tell that he (Craig) is passionate about what he does and that truly conveys into the classroom. Craig even offers tutoring, which is great for a student like me who needs the extra push. I took the pre-licensing course in 2020 and I can honestly say that it set me up for Real Estate success. After being in the restaurant industry for almost 10 years, Coastal Real Estate School showed me that working in Real Estate is beyond a doubt my passion and no question that I was meant to be in this field. I wouldnt have uncovered that if it wasnt for taking that leap of faith and attending Real Estate School!
After researching the various real estate schools in Wilmington, NC, I decided to give Coastal Real Estate School a try. As a working adult who has not been in school for over 25 years I was worried about attending school after work for 3 days each week, but the instructor Craig Yarboro made this the best decision I could have made. Each class Craig took the time to make sure all students were engaged and involved with the discussions. Craig was always available to answer questions whether by phone or text. I really enjoyed how Craig used his real life experiences as a real estate agent to teach the concepts we were learning. I would recommend Coastal Real Estate School to anyone who is looking for a positive learning experience to achieve their goal of becoming a licensed real estate agent.
