I moved my child to this school this year. She always comes home crying about how rude and ill-mannered the students are. It’s honestly upsetting that she caught someone cheating on the exams, and the school hasn’t done anything about it. What about the students who studied and tried their best while others cheat their way through their grade? I had high hopes for this school. Additionally, the students are very racist. Please address these issues.
Collegiate International School, formerly known as Collegiate American School, served our child for five years, from KG1 to grade 3. I must say we should have left after grade 2, as we were not satisfied with many aspects. It is a great school for kindergarten and lower grades, as its size is rather small with usually one class per grade. We will have only good memories, as it was our first school in Dubai.
My kids joined Collegiate International School about three years ago. I was impressed to see the principal welcoming everyone with a smile every morning, and he knows every student by name! The school has an open-door policy for parents and students regarding any concerns. Teachers are always doing their best to help our kids achieve the required academic level. What is also great about the school is that it provides both the IB and U.S. curriculum. In addition to this, there is an astonishing level of physical education (P.E.) and sports going on all year. Collegiate International School students have made amazing achievements in sports (basketball, cross country, football, volleyball, tennis, etc.). It is a great school, with great staff, teachers, and amazing facilities. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a school to be a second home for their kids.
Good facilities. I am enjoying this course on the weekends.
I moved my two children to the school a year ago. The school is very welcoming, and being a small community school is its best feature. It’s easy to approach teachers and the senior leadership team, who are always keen to solve any issues. The curriculum’s flexibility in the higher grades is also great and not found in many schools.
The school is great. The staff is so helpful. They care about the comfort of students and families. The admission process is so smooth. We had a lot of anxiety about my brother’s admission, but the staff was so helpful and everything went great.
Thank you to CIS for making learning fun for our kids. The CIS community is like one big family. I am pleased with the amazing and professional staff and how the school responds immediately to any concerns. I am also impressed with the extraordinary level of sports and activities taking place year-round for all grade levels.
