I went to Cowan and 3rd to 5th grade the teachers were rude and unfair. I wish I stayed at my old school, Boone Elementary. Boone had a much bigger library, nicer teachers, and more classrooms. I also would not recommend bringing your special needs children here, as they are frequently bullied and orbited by other kids. The administration is poor, and overall it is a bad place to bring your children if you want them to be educated in the correct way.
The co-parent, child and my self have been apart of the school the past 5 years. We are all in agreement that for a public school we couldn’t be more pleased. 99% of the staff so far has been. And most conflicts resolved promptly as can be.
