It was indeed a wonderful experience with my instructor Phil. From the day one till the day of my test, I was convinced that I was learning the best skills in driving. It was evident when I passed the driving test at first take. I am happy to recommend Phil and Cowley motoring to any learner. I am giving them 5 stars.
I took classes with Shaun, quality instructor patient and understanding. Really enjoyed my time with him. Would highly recommend if you are a new driver he teaches all the basics and advanced skills and has left me feeling confident on the road. My experience with cowleys has been great and would definitely recommend to anybody who wants to start there driving journey.

Phil had been very patient and kind in helping me prepare pass my practical test. He’s boosted my confidence in driving and has a very calmly approach. I really enjoyed my lessons. Thank you Cowleys most especially Phil!
If you get the chance to, I would 100% recommend choosing Matt as you’re driving instructor. I managed to pass my practical driving test with only 2 faults due to Matt’s effective teaching techniques. Matt’s teaching was extremely effective for me because of the way in which he allowed me to answer my own questions. If I was still confused, he would then take the time to explain each detail in good depth. I have learnt so much from Matt and he has made me a really good driver. I would definitely recommend getting in touch with him through Cowley’s as he is an extremely nice individual who clearly knows how to successfully teach. He’s one of the best teachers I’ve ever had.
I had a great experience learning to drive with Cowley’s School of Motoring. My instructor, Elaine, was incredibly helpful. I couldn’t have asked for a better teacher. I started learning to drive because I thought it was a necessity, not because I enjoyed it. I now really enjoy it, and can’t wait to get my own car. The lesson prices were the best in Exeter, and the app functioned very well, allowing me to book lessons with ease at times that were convenient for me. Overall, a fantastic experience. I would highly recommend.
