I was at your establishment yesterday. Your instructor should have explained that my hair would look more spotty with the color done. A licensed professional is accountable for explaining what a customer does not know and mistakes.
I called today and was told to come at 1:00 and explain so it could be fixed. I was explained how it would be fixed. I did not agree, I wanted the two and a half inches all the way around my head to match my “highlights”. I finally said just fix it, your the artist. I still have orange all the way around my head so I can not where it up. That is bad enough, kicker is you forced me to pay again for more mistakes. If this could be done on top of my head, it could be done all the way around and I did not receive that for my money. This was a sham job the first time and again the second. It was able to be blended on top and should have all the way around. You charged me for two failed visits. I was never told until after the second sham job that I would have to pay to fix the first visit. No one has charged me to fix an issue nor has my beautician mother of over 20 years charged anyone to fix an issue.This
is not acceptable. You threatened to call the county on me if I did not pay you. You said you would review cameras and refund my money if I was correct after your instructor lied that I made plans to come back in six weeks as I do not live here even. Lkely no sound. I do not feel you are being honest with me. That student was in no way shape or form going to stand up against your instructor. She is trying to rebuild her life and relies on instructors for her success.
Hairdressers, beauticians, barbers and such do not charge to fix their mistakes. I’m realizing you are looking at a camera that will not confirm anything so I am being yanked around after being threatened. I insist you refund my credit you made me use like a hostage. I am now expecting refund of both visits. My hair can not be worn up and usually I wear it up.
They decide to keep the highjacked money.

Do not go there! They ruined my hair!!! How can the student learn from an instructor that doesnt even know what she is doing??? She picked the wrong toner for the student to put on my hair.
I went for highlights and came out awful! My hair its darker than when I actually arrived there. When I arrived I showed pictures of hair with highlights the look I was looking for and they said ok, we can do that. Now I need to pay again for someone to fix this disaster! I shouldve known when I saw the instructors own hair. I know everyone its learning but thats why you pay an instructor to be assisting the student.
She is not teaching the Student the correct thing to do. I went to cosmetology school myself and had hundreds of coloring and highlights at many salons. She is teaching the sloppy way. I feel bad for the students.oh and I asked if o could go back for them to fix my hair and instructor said no. So they are definitely just 100% business and care less about students and their customers.
The instructor answer it was – There its so much we can do as a school, we cant bleach your hair too much and damage.
But it ok to leave the bleach on my hair from 11AM until 2PM??? Because this is exactly how long I had the product on my hair. I arrived 10:30AM and left at 3PM. And all I had was the disaster highlights and s trim, not even a hair blow drying. Time and money I will never get back. Oh and now my hair its damaged, super dry and with this ugly dark color. The students were polite and there to learn but everybody else working there was super rude! Id never go to that school for anything.

DON’T DO IT. Unless you enjoy being verbally, mentally and emotionally abused by narcissitic women with control and anger issues (typical for narcissists), you will end up hating your life. EVERY SINGLE STUDENT currently enrolled in this school HATES IT. The teachers here are NOT here to teach, they are here to mock, control and belittle those who are PAYING to LEARN. I am dead serious when I say I have NEVER encountered a more TOXIC environment than this one, it is so bad it is almost comical. These ladies ‘in charge’ think they are so ‘cool’ being ‘feared’ and ‘hated’ by the students, and since they are narcissists they cannot see how badly their actions effect the students. These young people are leaving this school HATING their profession before they even start. Cozmo is nothing more than a money grab business where THE STUDENTS are the janitors, yes the STUDENTS have to clean the bathrooms and they get SCREAMED at constantly about their cleaning not being good enough. Cheap and shiesty is what these clowns are. Just avoid it at all costs. And if anyone from this hole responds to this, know it’s all lies because the TRUTH HURTS. You cannot get away with treating your students like this, the lawsuits this school will soon be facing will put it out of business. Don’t think the students aren’t recording the abuse they are enduring, several have retained counsel and their lawyers are now telling them the actions to take.
