I contacted Craig for help with my ADI training as I had previously failed my part 3 exam. The training I have received from Craig has been absolutely brilliant. I originally trained with a big driving school and from the first session with Craig I noticed a huge difference in the training provided. He always remained professional and his knowledge is second to none. I can honestly say Craig has changed my entire outlook on teaching, he gave me the knowledge and confidence to be a good instructor. I recently took my Part 3 test again for the first time since training with Craig and I passed that with a high mark! I am so grateful for the ongoing support he provided and he tailored all the lessons to what I needed to work on. Highly recommend Craig to anyone wanting to learn to be an instructor

I passed my driving test today first time with having Paul lees as my driving instructor and with only 1 driving minor. I knew straightaway from the get go I was in good hands, he made me feel comfortable and at ease from the start of my driving lessons with him up until I passed. He is a top bloke, really calm and patient, there was no occasion through out where he made me feel uncomfortable, just a confident driver and in safe hands throughout. He was really fair, quick at responses, always planned my lessons in with me so I was consistent throughout, allowing me to make progression each lesson.

Paul was a great communicator especially with explaining everything easy enough for me to understand, if not he would break it down for me to understand. He was great at expressing praise when I did something good and could help me highlight where I was struggling and knew when push me out of my comfort zone which really encouraged me to progress as a driver.

I have passed and now have the confidence and knowledge I need as a driver and I can’t thank Paul Lees enough for helping me to correctly and safely learn everything I need to know about being safe on the road. I honestly can’t recommend him enough, thanks a lot Paul it’s been a pleasure having you as my driving instructor you’re the best!.

Before I started learning with Gary, I had several failed attempts spanning over a few years and my nerves and anxiety were really high. Gary was so patient and understanding. He ensured I knew everything I needed to know not only to pass my test but to be a safe driver on the roads. My confidence increased massively over the last couple of months and I am pleased to say today I passed my test. I am incredibly grateful for all of the support and encouragement, thankyou so much.

I would highly recommend Craig Polles for driving lessons. I had the pleasure of having Simon Smallman as my instructor. Simon hasn’t just taught me how to pass my test, he showed me how to always drive safely, adapting to every situation smoothly. He tailored every lesson around me, making sure i was confident with what i was doing before moving on, I couldn’t have asked for a better instructor.

Having being out of practice a while ago, I took up driving again with Craig Polles this last year to finally get on the road. Paul Lees was my instructor and I’ve had an amazing time learning how to drive under his guidance. I passed first time today with 2 minors, and I cannot communicate how wonderful the feeling is. Paul is amazing at what he does; he is patient, knowledgeable, fair, kind, and is a fantastic communicator. Paul learned quickly how I digest information and adapted the lessons around me, knowing when to push me, calm my nerves, have a bit of a laugh, or when to give me a break. In every lesson he gave me the motivation to carry on and continue, and was always incredibly supportive no matter what.

I went into these lessons with the objective of feeling confident on the road, and I’ve finally achieved it. Paul has given me the confidence and skills to pass my test; and I couldn’t have asked for a better instructor!

If you are shopping around for an instructor in Stoke-on-Trent, this is the place to go to! I cannot recommend the company and Paul enough! Thank you for everything Paul, I really appreciate everything you did to get me to this point. I look forward to the Motorway lessons soon!
