I would never take my child here again. My son was enrolled maybe a month and was in the dolphin classroom with Ms Dani& Sierra. Dani was great, so sweet. But sierra was a nightmare. Multiple days I showed up to pick up my son and I could see her angry with the children and being rough with them. I picked my son up one day and noticed he had a huge cut and bruise above and on his lip. Sierra saw me and his father looking and didn’t say a word. We had to ask. And she sounded and stuttered like she was making up a story as she went along. I went and talked with the director (Leslie) about it and she gave a piss poor apology about how Sierra isn’t usually like that( lies because I’ve seen it numerous times) and Leslie said how she knew she should’ve called us but didn’t and apologized for that. No incident report was made. We talked to the other teacher (Dani) the next day and she THANKED us for saying something to the director because she’s been trying to tell Leslie Sierra is no good with the kids and she just keeps blowing her off. Said how she screams at the kids and gets mad at them daily. How she heard her getting irritated with the kids and then my son started screaming. I truly believe she pushed my son off/away from her and made him fall and hit his face on the sink. I will NEVER enroll my son in another daycare let alone this one. I fear for everyone who’s children are enrolled. On top of that they always left my son and all the other kids so dirty, covered in food, snot, boogers. And when we unenrolled him and asked for his belongings back they took MULTIPLE clothing items and didn’t give them back. DO NOT TAKE YOUR KID HERE.
So far so GREAT! My little man is 2 years old and has been attending this school for almost 2 months. I’m a parent with high expectations due to my background in the field and my son being non verbal. However, the moment I first contacted this school I knew this would be the place for us!

1. They were the only school with immediate openings (which is rare).
2. Other schools were the same price or more and they were not even CLOSE as good as this school. I almost ran to enroll
my son. ??
3. My son absolutely loves it here!!! He loves his teacher and runs to her every morning if she is there. He has started saying more words as well! It’s great! One time he didn’t even want to leave at the end of the day.
4. They keep their classrooms clean.
5. Procare app updates are amazing! Keep up the good work teachers!
6. Admin is very nice! Veronica is great and I love her positive spirit.

The only thing I hate is my son has been sick twice since attending, which is expected when a child is in a new environment.

Will update after my son graduates to a new program/school.

My daughter is valued and important. Miss Jessica greets her everyday with a smile, positive attitude and welcoming hug. Leslie and the ladies in the reception area always welcome us and tell us to have a good day. Leslie didn’t turn us away after a difficult custody issue and has been understanding and respectful. My daughter surprises me everyday with the knowledge she obtains. She is almost 4 and in a few short weeks she has learned so much. She looks forward to going to school and gives us no issues in the morning! I love hearing about the fun activities she does each day. It is shocking that other local places charge way more for their programs and offer so much less. Creative World is reasonably priced and we get above and beyond what we were looking for.
