Their offices were LESS than helpful in regards to a safety issue concerning my children that attend their public schools. Not only has the transportation department not responded in regards to changing my children’s bus stop because in the director’s words “It would be unsafe to have them walking on the road” but the administration department has stopped picking up the phone. I am going to take this complaint as high up as I need to whether it be straight to the superintendent’s office! This is absolutely insane that school starts tomorrow and no one has rectified the situation. As an administrative assistant myself I find the way the office has handled the situation completely unacceptable!!
Horrible! Rude service!
