I work for C&G Aircraft Maintenance as a Clerical employee for all of the Dean International flight school aircraft. I have to say that my experience working here has been quite pleasant to be honest and I don’t expect my opinion to change. Robert Dean is an excellent boss and is always willing to work with you through whatever circumstances. All of our students whether local or foreign always seem happy and excited to fly and I am always here to help them in the hanger whenever they need me. Whether it be getting all the proper documents for a check ride or simply giving them oil for a cross country flight. Here in the maintenance hanger we have a crew of about 30 people including AP mechanics and IA mechanics. We make sure that all these planes are ready and in full airworthiness condition when they leave the hanger, that way our students can go and fly. Also we are very accommodating here in maintenance for example if a student has a check ride but his plane has a bald tire, we will go out of our way to change that tire for the student that way he can fly. Our staff in maintenance is very knowledgeable. In response to these negative reviews that have been given, I have worked here for over a year now and I have yet to hear something negative about this place and as for maintenance when these planes leave our hanger for the flight line we make sure they are fully flyable by all means.

Just want to share my experience with Dean International Flight School, I have been a pilot since 1999 all my training wast done in KTMB, after landing with Dean International I finally found a place with very competent instructor and the only place were even the owner is hands on and is involved in every step of your training. I would definetly recommend Dean International to any person whom is interested in flying. Nice staff, lottttttsssssss!!!!!!! of airplanes, unlike others in the field, and most importantly at a low cost for those of us who really need to save money. SO, if you want a career in aviation, Dean International is the place to GO!!!!! After trying many schools, this is the one that will stay true to what they say. Thanks to my experience with Dean International and my instructor hours as a professional, I can now say that I have reached my aviation dream. I have on more thing to add, ” IF YOU WANT TO BE THE BEST YOU FLY WITH THE BEST “!!!!!! Thanks to Dean International and his professional staff I fly the 747-400.
