I’m surprised there aren’t more ratings on here! If there were, I’m sure they would all be 5 star ratings. I have an 8 mo old daughter who has been attending D2D since she was 4 months. So far so great! My daughter loves her teachers and she has a great time at school. The faculty is wonderful and the owner is very involved and wonderful as well. When I was pregnant I attended a mom’s night out that was hosted by D2D. It was a very classy event held at a nice downtown Italian restaurant and everyone of the 20 other mothers there had nothing but wonderful things to say about D2D and how their children are developing and thriving there. On Valentine’s Day D2D extended their hrs so that parents could go out to dinner if desired. With no family here in Chicago, we rarely get any quality time without the baby so that was a real treat for my husband and I. They also had a potluck so parents could meet and get to know each other and the other parents and teachers. I really appreciate all the effort that D2D puts into their care center. Even the infant classes have a lesson plan, sign language and other activities. The only downside is they close 1-2 days a month for training so you have to make alternative childcare arrangements or take off work but you really can’t complain bc in the end the training directly benefits your child. I wish I had time to leave a review comparing D2D to other centers we visited (about 6 or 7) but since I don’t, please just take my word for it!

I would absolutely recommend this place without the slightest reservations! they were highly recommended for our 1-year old daughter by her pediatrician and they did not disappoint even once in the next 2 years, after which we moved from Chicago. They have the most loving and caring staff we could have hoped for, and were always ready to indulge us by sending updates (photos and/or videos) everyday. They were available after hours to talk, every single day. Our daughter made a great first set of friends in life, both big and small! I have seen the staff go above and beyond when it comes to involving all the kids in the class in special activities like Diwali and other celebrations. There are truly dedicated professionals at D2D.

We’ve been very happy with D2D since my son started as a 3 month old in 2022. His teachers are warm, friendly, and fun. My son is excited to go to school everyday to see his friends. I love that we get photo and schedule updates throughout the day, which really reassures me that his needs are being met and he’s having a blast doing so many activities. I highly recommend D2D. I was extremely nervous sending him anywhere at first since I work full-time, but I have full trust that the staff are wonderful caregivers and truly care about all of the children in their classes.
