The owner is absolutely terrible! I told her that I wanted my hair silked out and she proceeded to use a old school straightening comb. Needless to say, my hair was straight when I left, but very puffy a couple of hours later. I called to tell her about it and she told me that I should tie my hair up when I go outside, how insane is that?! She told me that I needed to flat iron my own hair. I regret leaving a $10 tip which is nearly half of what the style costs, poor customer service. All I expected was for her to fix it, I rate this school a ZERO for that experience. DO NOT let her press your natural hair. This is only a portion of that very bad experience.
Very nice people however, my hair did not last for even 1 hour. I left at 12pm and came home by 2pm. My hair was already puffy and very greasy. It was beautiful when I left but for $55. I should have just went to a hair salon. I came home and ran through it again with my own curler to smooth it out again. But that still did not last. Also I have to be honest I thought $15 for a trim was expensive. Considering the distance and pricing I will just stick with a salon closer to home. I know my hair would have lasted longer from past experiences if I went to an actual salon.
