The teachers at this school are completely oblivious to students that are getting bullied. I have a nephew that witnesses children being sad because they are constantly being picked on, and also have panic attacks in the playground. The teachers have been informed about the bullies, however they feel the need to be bias because the bullies participate in class (acting clever, and manipulative), whilst the victims are to scared to speak up, and are dismissed as shy or unconfident. There is a massive lack of social care.
While I appreciate the tremendous challenge teachers face on a daily basis. It does not excuse they neglect or dismissive of their duty of care. My co-worker, has two young children who attend this school and she’s currently extremely, dissatisfied with the level of care and quality of teaching.

It is the responsibility of the headteacher and board of governors who appointed him to challenge the status quo and improve the environment for our children.

It is advisable to seek independent advice when faced with incompetence, lack of accountability and safeguarding issues.

In fact, I believe the power lays within all of us to challenge unacceptable behaviour both from staff and boardard of governors.

All schools have bullying policy and if the school is not following their policy and procedures then we all have duty of care to report it to Ofsted.

However, schools complaint procedure must be followed. Otherwise, your compliant has no merit.

Our children must be protected so they’re able to learn and flourish. Your local elected officials are also an option!

In fact, studies have shish children who feel safe and valued tend to excel social and academically.

The school is small in size and great, my children are happy and enjoying their time . The staff are excellent and help full. It offers an environment where children develop through play and learn. The school is just like any other primary school in London and has his struggle like newly trained teachers coming and experienced ones leaving which is some times difficult for children to see some teachers leave. The rest , the school is welcoming place for everyone
The school is heading to the right direction and there are some positive changes that further will impove the learning experience of the children. As a parent, I feel that the school listens to my concern and my involvement is appreciated. Keep the good work and make Donnington primary school greater.
Great school, both of my grandchildren went here and have lovely memories of wonderful caring teachers especially regarding my grandson who has special needs. They did much to assist him and the family.
