I tell you
These businesses never own up to their mistakes when they dont do what they are suppose to do
.theres all excuse!! Jasmine didnt put my daughter info to the DMV and then when I called she wants to act like she didnt finish BTW that the only way she said. But actually she didnt make sure the info she suppose to put in the system was in there. Then the snottiness I drop what I was doing to rush in to fix it As what you should have thats your job. You should have made sure it was in there. You collect upfront payment so your job is to make sure we dont have to wait for you to enter the children info for the DMV the day of since we have to sit there all day already! I will not be referring no one else there from my family.I would give zero if I could. By the way she finish a month ago.
I called there office to sign my son up for there next class and was told to call back in a week because she was going on vacation. I also left an email trying to verify payment with no response I waited a week and called again just to get the run around. I sent another email hoping to get some sorta response but still nothing. I called the office one last time and the lady didn’t seem like she knew what was going on, she was rude and stated that she had told me she was on vacation and wanted to argue about me calling back to soon. I sent one more e mail hoping she or someone would get back to me but sadly no response I’v wasted a month trying to get my son started with classes for nothing
