The worst school in Dubai! If you care about your kids, don’t put them in this school. I tried it; it was horrible from the principal to the teachers. Teachers shout at kindergarten-aged children; this is their attitude toward learning. The kids are taught with shouting and are not strong in learning. Also, they are very strict with religion and indoctrinate the children in their specific beliefs. English and Arabic are taught quite badly! Don’t try it, based on my experience!
We are amazed by how they are welcoming the new students to begin the school year! From the time we received the email before it started, they informed us who would teach our son this year. Then, I received a call from the Arabic teacher to introduce herself and let me know that my son would be in her class! Moreover, the registration section double-checked with us about attending the first day, which was super awesome. Hopefully, this year will be good with ACS.
It’s quite ironic that the school’s name is “Creative” while it seems to stifle creative students. I still cannot believe that my son earned a 71 on his math test, even though he’s very smart. Although they fired the teacher, my son is still upset about it. They keep telling us my son is the best in the class, but his report card does not reflect their comments.
The worst school in Dubai! All the good reviews are written by teachers or are paid reviews. If there were a zero or negative star rating, I would choose it for this school. I pulled my children out after two weeks of a horrible experience. Below is a summary of my major points:

1. The school fee structure is deceiving. Many items are added on top of the school fees (e.g., book fees, registration fees, exam fees, etc.) as if they are optional, which they are not. This is in contrast to other schools, which are very clear and have a lump sum amount for the total fees in their fee structure.
2. The school uniform is of very low quality and overpriced, more than double the price compared to other schools.
3. Students are not allowed to wear shorts during PE/sports activities. They are still kids, and they cannot wear pants during the hot weather.
4. There was no communication about the guidelines for the first day of school, and no one shared the class details before the first day.
5. The Grade 3 class has 32 students. During registration, they told us that the class would not accept more than 22 students and that they would arrange to add one more class during the month. However, the staff mentioned that no date is confirmed yet. This should have been clearly communicated to parents before the first day.
6. No one was helping or guiding us on our first day; staff were just standing around greeting and talking to each other, leaving parents and children frustrated, especially the newcomers.
7. The school sends emails with many spelling mistakes and unstructured sentences, making us doubtful about the proficiency level within the staff and admin team.
8. Grade 3 students are required to wear Islamic swimsuits, which is not age-appropriate.
9. The vice principal was talking with Grade 5 students about what scores they need to get to enter college.
10. The school has wrong absence records.
11. The portal does not have canteen records.

I love the school. It has a very good learning environment. The teachers are so cooperative, and I can see my daughter’s progress. The school keeps improving, and I can see it as one of the leading American schools in the near future.
One of the best American schools in Dubai. The school is equipped with the latest technology and modern facilities. The best part is how they focus on Islamic and Arabic studies; the school even offers Quran as a separate subject!
We took our son for an admissions test and were shocked by some teachers’ attitudes toward the young children. The inclusion manager was aggressive and disrespectful, trying to convince us that our son was not normal. Run away!
