There is bullying going on in this school and it appears not to be addressed. My daughter has been bullied in class and also in carpool by older kids. This is a concern due to the fact that we tell the kids to report any bullying to an adult, but at the same time the teachers tell the kids not to tattle. When a student reports that someone is bullying them, they are then viewed as tattle tale. We just transferred to this school this past school year and are considering transferring out because of this. BULLYING should not be tolerated in any way, everyone is different and kids should not have to put up with how simple some children are. If you don’t want to interact with someone, just let them be – you don’t have to say mean things to them and hurt their feelings.
the teachers are very sexist here. most have less respect for boys than girls. one time a girl flipped the middle finger and the teacher EXCUSED THAT and let her sit next to the teacher. another time in the same class a boy flipped the middle finger and he went straight to the office. please fix this issue as my children are complaining that most teachers are very sexist and that needs to stop.
