We used to love ECA however they have now in the first 3 months of the year raised rates twice while I beleive raising rates twice last year also. Now they provide less than 2 weeks notice that they’re changing operating hours to “not have to pay overtime”. I’m sorry but the line of work is to watch people’s kids while they work. It by nature means you usually start earlier and end later than your customers hours. Seems like better scheduling would benefit more than chasing out every family that works til 5 pm.
ECA is the BEST place for early childhood education! They give individual attention to EVERY child. Lacy and the staff make sure every family and their child’s needs are met and keep the families informed. No one will care more for your child than YOU and ECA! ??
