By Far The Worse Daycare Experience. The Teachers Were Well With The Kids, HoweverThe Clerical Staff Were Beyond Rude, Disrespectful, & Absolutely Horrible At Accounting! They Messed Up Everyone’s Billing & Blamed It On The Computer System Smart Care But Instead It Was Their Poor Book Keeping Skills. Lacandace Or Should I Laheifer Or Lamule, Was The Biggest Problem Of Them All. Literally.. She Talked Fouly About Parents In Front Of Everyone, Never Took Ownership Of Her Wrong, & Very Grudgeful Towards The Children If She Had An Issue With The Parents. You Would Expect Them To Try Redeeming Themselves After Only A Year Ago Leaving A 4 Year Old Trapped In A Van For 5 Hours. DO NOT ENROLL YOUR KIDS! My Kids Were Enrolled In This Facility For 10 Months & I Never Had An Issue Until The Above Mentioned Person Came Into The Office… But If I Had To Leave My Paying Job To Work For No Pay In My Mother’s Daycare I Wouldnt Be Bitter. Every Single Parent Who Was Presented With a Notice Regarding Payments Have Disputed, So Don’t Think I Am Angry About A Balance. I Never Disputed Paying The Balance I’ve Only Asked To Have It Reviewed Because Yet Again, Their Book Keeper Has Added An Extra $10 On My Weekly Fees. These People Will Never Admit Their Wrong.. But Every Time I Have Requested To Meet With This “Mysterious” Mrs. Pat The Accountant She IS NEVER THERE At The Times They Say She Is. Smh. I’ve Been Trying To Arrange A Meeting With Mrs. Pat Since They Presented The Balance, But It Has Never Occured. I’ve Made My Payments As Agreed Every Two Weeks On Mondays Since Then. But The Balance Discrepency So I Can Pay It Off. They Offered Me A Payment Arrangement But Didn’t Honor It After I Reported An Incident With Candace To The Owner, Her Mom… & I Tried Giving The Benefit Of The Doubt Because My Babies Love Their Teachers But The Disrespect Became Unbearable. I Was Completely Pass Being Uncomfortable & I No Longer Trusted My Kids In The Facility With Her Present. She Would Leave My 3 Month Old Baby Crying From The Time Her Teacher Left Until I Got There. This Didn’t Change Until I Complained About It. My 2 Year Old Comes Home With Huge Scratches & Complains Of Her Classmates But Nothing Is Ever Done. They Pick & Choose What They Want To Write Incident Reports About.. Yesterday Was The Final Straw.. As Rudely As Expected Candace Was Bad Talking Parents Who Havent Paid Fees, Once She Finished & Diverted Her Attention Elsewhere I Addressed The Other Office Staff & Advised It Was Very Unprofessional For Her To Do That. This Woman Charged At Me, Yelling, With Her Finger In My Face. I Immediately Removed My Kids From The Facility & Called The Sheriff.. Who Not To My Surprise Stated He Was Surprised They Were Still Open After All The Commotion He’s Seen Gone On There.. They Had A Parent Of One Of The Students Who Works There From Tampa Bay Tech Circle The Parking Lot To Intimidate Me. On Top Of That My 2 Year Old’s Pullup Was Filled To Capacity With Urine & My One Year Old Had Feces Stuck To Her Behind. It’s Sad That When Black People Especially Black Women Own A Business This Is 90% The Outcome. My Kids Will Not Be Attending After 9•26 & Hopefully I Don’t Have Any Issues Going Back To Pick Up My Kids Things & Getting The Transfer Paper Completed After They Fix My Balance. I’m Not Sharing This To Be Malicious But To Provide Fair Notice To All. I Wish Someone Had Warned Me. But Don’t Take My Word For It, Google Their Name & You’ll See The Malpractice, Mistreatment Of Students, Negligence, They Can Never Pay Their Staff, & They Will Always Blame The Parents For THEIR ISSUES! It Is Pointless Addressing The Owner About Any Issues Because She Will Tell You Quick, “I Am A Silent Owner”.. She’s Only Hired Her Daughter To Keep From Paying A REAL Professional & Experienced Front Office Staff.. Online You Can’t Expect For These People To Admit Their Wrong, But The Truth Is Never Pretty. I Am Just Very Regretful I Had This Experience & Will Most Definitley Take Heed To The Signs & GET OUT Of A Bad Situation ASAP & To Not Let It Manifest To This Point

Whom when I googled was a women who I have never seen before in my life. Anyways, “thanks for the review on just me” !!!! Eveyone knows I treat people the way they treat me so if you got attitude from me it was because you gave attitude to me frist. With that said, Gene Church I am not angry at your allegation and want the people who are reading this review to understand that people do malicious things out of anger. Even slandering peoples names for fame. However, this is most likely an employee who was let go do to thier inability to meet our standards as a chilcare professional and is using this review cite to hinder blessings. So to the real Gene Church we here at Orient Road Child Development deeply apologize for your name being used under these circumstances. But to the basic individual whom has victimized both me and Gene Church understand this God is still blessing the both of us. To the 90 or more families who currently have children enrolled at our center we love your support and will continue to give you the best quality childcare available in this community. To all the people reading this review I will not bore you with all the amazing things we offer here at Orient Road Child Development Center but, instead I will just ask you to come by and see for yourself.????????
