Absolute appalling school! My son started in year 7 immediately started to get bullied. I let the school know they stated they have it under control, year 8 same thing to where it started affecting his mental health! Went to the school again they then began to ignore my complaints and started on my son not having equipment etc or lanyard missing. I kept telling the school he keep getting it stolen off of him, they said it’s his responsibility to keep his stuff on him and they then gave him numerous detention! My son is now in year 9 and I’ve pulled him out due to a child chocking my son, cornering him repeatedly and I’ve had enough of the school lying to me! Do NOT SEND YOUR KIDS HERE they don’t care about the children’s mental health and brush a lot of things under the rug. I’ve recently now come to find out that there are a lot of “gang members” in the school. My son now awaits a new place in a different secondary school within the borough! This school has completely messed with my sons mental health, his ability to learn and he’s very unsocial now.
I started in year 7 not knowing what this school was going to bring to the table but I have made new friends this had a really good impact to my mind-set although the fights happen not so often
It’s a nightmare getting through to this school phone up no one answers the phone it goes straight to voice mail it terrible because a parent might have emergency and cant get through to the receptionist
I went to edmonton county and landed up getting bullied for my whole time there, people followed me home and I got in fights it was terrible. And the teachers didn’t care about mental health at all
