I have one child enrolled (registration was no issue for her) and another that is still not registered (3weeks into school now). I have contacted the registrar, the iep reviewer, and left a message with the Director herself (with no response yet). I am very frustrated and disappointed at the level of unprofessional behavior and common courtesy. My child that is enrolled is loving it! Her EF is fantastic and she enjoys the enrichment classes. Registration is a complete mess and forget trying to get any of it done early because the staff isn’t in office until the week before school starts. Everyone I asked said the same thing, that registration is a mess, but they’re great once enrolled. While that is true so far for one child, my other child still isn’t enrolled and is frustrated and upset. The responses vary from polite answers that they don’t know and to call/email another person, to curt responses with no real answers. Maybe leaving a review here will get their attention, but probably not. So take this for what it is, the school itself is great, the staff need classes in communication skills, registration is a mess and difficult to say the least and if you have an IEP, it seems nearly impossible to get registered or answers as to what’s holding things up.
Great school. I got the most from my math/science teacher in 7th grade. He knew how to be great teacher, unlike previous schools i have attended.
