The school uses a white Scion xB to give driving tests. The cars brakes are in disrepair. It is not fit to be on the road. DO NOT DRIVE THE VEHICLE IT IS UNSAFE BECAUSE THE BRAKES ARE METAL TO METAL! I requested a copy of the brake inspection and she called the police said I was harassing her. When you push down on the brake hard enough to slow the car it jerks the passenger and stops suddenly.
The examiner did not prepare the student. She asked if watched the video about the test and I had not. She didn’t give the opportunity to watch them beforehand.
She was a distraction during the test by requesting a lane change after merging into downtown where the speed limit changes and there were semi trucks blocking speed limit signs and heavy traffic. There was no time to scan everything because of heavy traffic and pedestrians. The speed limit is 25 unless otherwise posted. The area is an exception because the road design and multi use commonly many pedestrians.

I’ve been trying to schedule a time to take my driving test for 4 days. First day I called and left a message. Instantly I got a text asking to communicate that way because they could not talk at the moment. So I did and left my information and what I needed help with… No response for 2 days. I text again with my request. I finally get a response after a couple hours saying they couldn’t get me in until later that month. I responded that was okay and I was ready to discuss a day and time, It’s been a day and still no response back. I don’t understand the lack of communication. I get being busy at times, but this is extreme. There’s nothing professional about it, I’ll be looking to test somewhere else.

My experience with this driving educator/Instructor has been nothing less then impeccable. The owner is very professional and patient, making the experience for me one that was comfortable. When I first got there I was nervous to get behind the wheel. After taking her classes and being able to ask questions until I understood everything, I was able to take my test with confidence. Not only did she teach me how to drive but she also helped build my confidence behind the wheel. When a place of business can give you knowledge, hospitality, and courage in what your doing I believe it speaks volumes. I also feel that the pricing and hours of operation are fair and reasonable.
