My Daughter has attended the service for the past 3 years and has developed amazing bonds and friendships not only with her peers but also with the amazing educators. The service provides a fun and stimulating environment that has seen her flourish with the care and support of all the educators she has had care for her. The service goes above and beyond to accommodate our sometimes changing requirements for care and the communication is always prompt.
My two sons have attended this daycare for the past 3 years and have loved going every single day. They have both come such a long way since the beginning and have such great bonds with the educators and their peers. The educators are all such beautiful people, they have always shown such kindness and patience to my boys and to myself and I’ve never had to worry when leaving my boys with them. The center is very clean, the food is very nutritional and the activities are educational and fun. 10/10 center
My son has attended since he was 10 months old. When we moved interstate it was really hard to say goodbye, so when we returned there was no doubt that we would be returning here.
The staff have always been friendly and helpful, but were especially supportive when my son was being diagnosed with a severe language delay. The supports they have put in place for him has been nothing short of amazing. The manager is very helpful and supportive and the girls in the rooms are just phenomenal.
I would 100% recommend Ellenbrook School of Early Learning for anyone wanting care for their little ones.
My daughter has just started at day care here and she loves it. All the staff are very friendly and welcoming especially the manager. My baby is looked after extremely well and I always feel like she has specialised care based on her individual needs. The communication is really good and I am constantly getting updates via Storypark while she is there. Each time I pick her up the staff are always happy to chat about her day and they take the time to get to know my family. Very fortunate to have this day care close to home and the staff have made it as easy as possible for me to return to work and leave my daughter in their care.
Wanted to trial the daycare (had interview but wasnt sure if I was going to get job or not or start date) so handed in paperwork and they took out money without my permission and cancelled my enrollment. Took out 30 dollars enrollment fee. When so many daycare don’t even charge enrollment fee, were rude and took days to get back to me via email. Said they wouldn’t as haven’t started my job yet. Yet a week later they just took out money. Not happy at all not going back!
