All 5-star ratings are given by the staff. They force people and parents to give 5-star ratings. There is no respect for our time. The principal makes us wait more than 45 minutes, even with an appointment. I have also learned that she treats the staff very poorly. I have asked many people, and they all say the principal is not nice. Even the manager wastes a lot of time.

As our two children are studying in this institution, we are happy to see our kids learning in the best atmosphere where they receive love, care, and most importantly, the best education along with extracurricular activities that enhance their practical learning. We are satisfied with the excellent management, encouraging teachers, and supportive team.

The best school ever! I have been learning here since the beginning in 2020. The teachers and staff are so nice! I don’t know why others say it’s bad, but from my point of view, the school is great. We get to learn things that are normally taught in older classes, and I think it’s good because we will understand more when we are older!

My cousin is doing really well at school; it is a lovely institution. Online classes were well-organized. Now, the school has started physical education. The teaching staff is very receptive and cooperative, and they provide good individual attention to each child.

We are all in unprecedented times right now, and as a parent of a kindergartener, I was initially skeptical about online learning. Thankfully, I found one of the best schools in Fujairah. The kindergarten here has an entirely different curriculum, and it has totally changed the outlook and dynamics of early education. The effort and dedication put forth by the teachers are commendable. The best part of the school is that all faculty, including the principal and vice principal, are extremely helpful and extend immense support and cooperation. The school also has high-quality infrastructure to deliver excellent learning and services.

I hope that in the future the school will establish other branches in the UAE. This is not an advertisement for Eminence, but my personal experience with the school. I highly recommend this school to everyone who wants to experience the best quality education and incredible services.

**June 2021 Review**

1. Appointed a good physics teacher after two months of reopening.
2. The biology teacher started teaching.
3. Expecting a UAE-experienced Chemistry teacher in classes 9 and 10.
4. Expecting CBSE board pattern online/offline term-wise exams in November-December and March-April in class 9.

**Suggestions**

1. The principal should monitor Zoom classes once a month.
2. Provide quality worksheets for math, science, English, and Arabic instead of performance tasks in higher grades after finishing each lesson. Performance tasks and worksheets are fine for lower grades.
3. School facilities like the building and new classrooms are not accessible during this pandemic, and students are learning from home. The school authority can provide training to teachers on tools such as Classflow, Cuethink, Padlet, Google Whiteboard, Kahoot, and Diksha app. This will enhance digital learning.

One of the things I like about Eminence is its integration of activities along with academics. It allows my child to explore his interests within the school itself, which I consider a big advantage.
