I’m sure the school itself is fine, my son will be starting later this month. But whomever you have answering the phones, needs to take a class on etiquette. She thought she had hung up and answered a new call, and she said ” Oh my gosh I want to hurry up and get finished with these calls” and prior to that she completely hung up in my face. I understand this is a busy time, doesn’t give you an excuse to be rude on the telephone.
Ms. Hinton will bring the center rating down.
I am not a fan of writing reviews. I always asks myself what part “we” I played into it.
I witnessed Ms. Hinton collared my child!
Then she poured water on my arm from somebody water bottle.

I walked away.
