When my wife and I first had a tour at this school we really liked it and it was also near our house it was very convenient, we decided to enroll him here. We’ve been told they would send us a link and we would register him online. Everything was ok up until this point. We’ve waited couple of days but never received a link for the registration so my wife called them. First two times, she was able to talk to them and was asked to send them an email and she did sent the email. Then never heard anything so we tried calling and emailing couple more times, left voicemail. Nobody returned our calls, emails. We decided not to send our child to the school so we found another school and registered him. After 6 months, they called us the other day asking if we received the link for the registration. This is like a joke. My wife told them our experience and the answer she received was ok thank you. No apologies, not trying to find what had happened. This is not professional at all and I would never send my children to a school where I can’t reach anybody. Instead of they try to touch base with us to follow up on our registration we basically chased them to register our child to this school. After seeing how unresponsive they are, of course we decided this school was not the right choice for our child.

What can I say about Prestige Academy Preschool Reid’s Prospect Location? Absolutely awesome school! My daughter loves the private kindergarten program and I’m so happy we chose them after coming straight from an in home daycare after 5 years. The classroom setting is very small and it’s what my daughter needed for the transition. Mrs. Milly and her staff are amazing! The school is clean, very well put together, and they provide several learning activities for the little ones! Ms. Ally, the kindergarten teacher loves the children and provides differentiation in regards to her teaching technique to be sure each student IS learning and retaining the information she is providing each day. I always know what my daughter has worked on for the day via the tadpoles app they use that gives daily updates of what food was provided and what happened in the classroom, but also my daughter talks my ear off on the ride home about how much fun she had and what she learned! There is always a friendly face at the front desk to welcome you! Please check this school out if you are trying to find a location for an infant through kindergarten because it’s the place to be??

My son has been at Prestige since he was 18 months old (currently 3 years old). We have transitioned through 3 classrooms and various teachers and all have been WONDERFUL. This is a perfect fit for our family and our son. It is in a great location and the staff and teachers truly love what they do each and every day. I can see my son learning and growing daily and it has been a joy to be a part of this Prestige family. The staff are friendly, caring, knowledgeable, and the facility is secure, clean and I feel safe having my son there every day. The meals are provided and my son not only is learning to try new food, but he also loves to help “cook” in the kitchen now. I would highly recommend to future families looking for a caring place to send your children.
