These folks, which I’m sure are great with kids, suck horribly with customer service. Not once did I get addressed with sir or anything remote to a professional salutation, I received a response to my email with no cordial introduction or greeting. I was contacted by email from a woman and then spoke to a different lady on the phone, not once did they provide me professionalism that would compel me to bring my children over there, if they can treat an inquiring member of the community, that would and could potentially mean business and get treated this way, what more to leaving my own child there.
Was so excited about this place but I’m so glad things turned out this way, at least I know.
Our experience at Fairfield Montessori is exceptional! We transitioned here from another daycare that we also loved. It can be rather overwhelming to choose a new daycare for your child. Fairfield Montessori has done more than welcome us with the very best. From week one, our 16-month old daughter gladly started waving us good-bye at the start of her morning. Not a tear in sight.Though sad, there is nothing more reassuring than seeing this. I would always recommend this Preschool. Fairfield Montessori works on Montessori philosophy that is evidently put into practice and modeled daily through the care of these children.
My son has attended Fairfield Montessori Preschool since he was two years old. Having previously attended two different learning facilities, he is by far the happiest with his experience at Fairfield Montessori Preschool. The staff is all really friendly and always helpful. He loves Ms. Monika who makes learning fun. The school is clean and well kept. I will highly recommend Fairfield Montessori for its exceptional values and approach to education.
