Teacher turnover and retention horrible, when a child has multiple subs it’s not conducive to an option learning environment. Children and the teacher need to create and build a relationship to maximize educational experience. Most teachers are great there, however the upper management, VP and President, run it like a military school as far as the strictness goes, authoritarian where easing up a bit can greatly improve children’s desire to learn and go to school. Also, only school I know which doesn’t do kinder promotions day and since the teachers wanted to do something special for kindergarten, this year they were excluded from school wide field day per upper management orders and short notice to where parents sent their kinder kids dressed for “field day” and we’re heartbroken when couldn’t participate. Example of the ridiculous level of strictness. I think the teachers and lower level staff are awesome, it’s upper management that needs an overhaul to make a better learning environment for the children within this schools boundaries.
The school doesn’t seem to get enough funding from the city and is neglected because of this. I remember when I attended the school I was jumped on multiple cases but those responsible where never suspended just talked to
Worst school ever they play favoritism and are way too strict i hate this school they never stick up for whats right
