Mark Gander I believe it ALL starts with the Principal. I’m sure he’s aware of his staff and their actions but seems to take no action. We also sadly encountered a type of bullying being done to our son that also has Autism. It was so bad that the bus driver took it upon herself to inform us about this staff member! And we as parents are demanded to send our children with Special Needs to this school and believe that they are doing their best for our children?! Put the coffee cup down Mr. Zoller, and pay more attention to your students with Special Needs! Numbers are not as important as our children’s safety!
Apparently this school doesn’t have a problem with employing someone as a Support Manager for the Autism Program even though she admitted and then tried to justify assaulting a10 year old innocent child who attends a completely different school. Then declines an offer to sit down with the child, and give that child/victim an opportunity to be “heard”… that speaks volumes about her character and all the voids in between.
Shame on you Marissa Saldate..shame on you!
My son was assaulted at school and the principal coerced my son into reporting it as an accident. He has visible bruising all over his body. I have tried to report this incident to the school board and was ignored.
