We began our FBC journey in May 2022 when we took our 3 and a half year old son out of a mainstream nursery and started here.
Within 6 months of going to FBC, our son has shown amazing progress. He has started using a communication system, he has started copying actions, he is sitting down for meaningful activities and playtime for longer (his attention span has increased) and among other things, he is very happy to go to FBC everyday whereas before he would cry and scream every single morning before going to his old nursery.
The staff are highly trained and extremely loving towards Ebrahim showering him with praise along every step of the way. They truly take parents along on this journey and treat us with great empathy so we feel truly supported on an otherwise lonely journey.
The techniques and resources they use are modern and impressive and importantly ensure the child has lots of fun along the way!
We honestly can’t recommend FBC enough!!!
FBC is the first educational placement that valued my son. He never wanted to go to nursery and now he wants to go here even during the weekends.
Finally a professional and well trained team that see on him his full potential.
FBC works in a tailored program base on his needs, supported by his strengths, which are many! Focusing in the positive to work out those skills not yet natural in him. Skills that he is gaining day by day.
His program has been revised already much sunner that expected as he is progressing so well, we cant believe it.
They value him and support him with LOVE and dedication. A extremely good team whom encourage my son to believe he can! and support us as a parents all the way through.
I cant recommend it enough!
Thank you very much for your help and support.
My son Nikoloz 5 autistic.was attending the First Bridge Centre for 3 months during Spring this year.
Before attending First Bridge Centre his biggest problem was Echlalia, which is very common with autistic children for example, if you asked him a quastion he would reply with same quastion, another words he was copying quastion and use it as an answer, at the end of session he would answer with YES or NO, more then 80% of questions. Also he was not aware that everyone has a name, after he start to attend school he learned all the classmates and teachers names and calling them with the names.
3 months attending First Bridge Centre was so big progress for him that teachers in his regular school was also very surprised.
So I would recommend this school without any hesitation.
My son has had an amazing experience here. The school is staffed with amazing, energetic and highly specialised therapists and teachers who are exceptionally trained in ABA. We have noticed such a huge change and great progress and it has been a huge relief to find a school that knows how my son thinks and learns and understands his needs at this stage in his development.
