Before I begin, I would like the say that I am honestly disappointed with such a highly rated school. As soon as I walked in I felt like the women in the front office were genuinely concerned with my education and helping me enroll. Unfortunately, as soon as I walked passed the desk and towards the Registrars offices, things started going downhill. Before I even walked into her office I was already annoyed with the fact that she had allowed 2 different people to go ahead of us, even though we were the first people there. I am an understanding person, therefore I continued forward with my enrollment process without saying anything. As soon as I walked in, I knew it wasn’t going to turn out well. She didn’t even take the time to look up from her desk, or even shake my hand. The woman asked me what my business was there, and I told her I needed to enroll, and I showed her ALL of the required paperwork. She gave it one glance, and asked if I was 18. When I told her I was 17 years old, but I had a special case, she laughed in my face, started speaking to me in what seemed like a baby voice, and said “No no no no no… *laughs again* Sorry.” Even after being highly offended, I tried to continue with my explination. She cut me off, over and over again, not letting me get a word in edge wise, and said “No honey, that’s not how it works.” She was completely out of line. She had no idea who I was. or even why I was there alone, nor did she care. We were ushered out of the office, and that was that. Little did she know that I was court ordered not to live with a guardian, and that I had the proper paper work to show this, along with a receipt showing that I paid rent on the place I am staying. She didn’t want to be bothered by what I had to say, because I was 17 years old.

After all is said and done, I am mortified by the behavior of the adult woman I spoke with. I hope that tomorrow when I am FORCED to return with my guardian, who has to drive an HOUR and a HALF out of the way to get to the school, that they will enroll me, and possibly I will get an apology, but I highly doubt it. I have yet to attend this school, but if this is any indication of what the attitude of the school is towards their students, I am not looking forward to this coming school year.

Already looking into online classes, and if your experience in anything like mine, I recommend you do the same.

After going to three different high schools all over the states, Navy family, I can say without a doubt this was the worst. Hardly any of the teachers remotely cared about actual education. Only fond memory was of the chicken Alfredo and it was decent at best.
I can say from experience from being there and I’m leaving I’m glad I’m not longer a student. Rude staff and a breeding ground for nothing but hate. Utterly disappointed
