I have been surrounded by pilots my entire life (Grandpa has 25,000 hours), so I knew when it came to learning/training; experience, hours and time are vitally important. My wife and I met with Chuck to get an understanding of his program. I was really eager to get my wife’s opinion as she is a pilot as well who learned the ‘classic’ way 20 years ago – the 6 pack and Cessna 150. Times have changed, technology and safety have changed, the principles of flying, have not. Chuck was great at articulating the value in modern technology. The Cirrus is a great training aircraft and even very cross country capable. As a busy Sr Executive and Business Owner, my time is of tremendous value. I needed someone that could work with my schedule, my time, my pace and offer the 1 on 1 experience. Chuck and Elite Flight Training were this and so much more. I exceeded my own goal of getting my private pilots license within 5 months and in fact, took my check ride after about 3 months. I can not say enough about the instruction I received, the lessons I learned (and continue to) and how Chuck and the team truly make you feel like family. Thanks to Elite, I have flown their impeccably maintained Cirrus aircraft to California for business and Austin Texas and Laughlin NV for vacation. I learned at an early age – you get what you pay for. There are much cheaper alternatives out there but I can ensure you, there are NONE better. This year I am closing in on 100 hours and look forward to earning my IFR rating as my next step. Happy Flying!!
Truly a high quality education. I can’t recommend Flightworks enough. Learning on an SR22T was one of the best decisions I made when embarking on my flight school education; choosing an experienced instructor is the other. Vic, took me from an intro flight to an instrument rating and was so organized and professional all along, not to mention how mind-blowing his experience is: easily 500+ pilots have received their licenses after being taught by Vic. Experience pays!
Hands down the best flight school I’ve attended. The instructors are all high-time professionals with extensive knowledge. The scheduling is flexible and accommodating as well. The Cirrus is a high-performing platform with excellent situational awareness and safety features. And it has air conditioning!

I trained with Vic for my ASEL add on rating and could not be happier. I knew what I was getting into in terms of cost, but trust me the value is absolutely worth it.
