If you can avoid the Flowing Wells School District then do so. They let the kids fall through the cracks. They have allowed a crazy 7th grade math teacher who was more concerned about herself than teaching stay on staff. I had a guidance counselor come in for college night and say the high school is a great feeder school for the local barber college. They have no expectations for any of these kids anymore as they are in a socioeconomically deprived area. Four superintendents ago this was a good district but now they do not care. If you care about your child’s education put them in a different district.
I love flowing wells with a passion.They have an amazing staff that makes each and every student feel comfortable and safe. Flowing wells also has a great counselor who will help with any issues with a teacher or not she will help you work through any issues.This school also has a great accelerated selection to ensure students reach their full potential. Also allow us as students to go to study halls to make sure we are doing everything we can to reach our full potential.Flowing wells is a very hard working district and deserves recgonition.
