Setup a lesson for our son stating he needs a guitar provided. He said not a problem. Never got a call back to confirm so We called and he confirmed. We spoke to Bryan about it. Showed up today. No one knew anything about our lesson. Or that my son needed a guitar. So we just left. Waste of time. I feel like they are just too busy. The trainer said he didn’t even remember talking to us on phone.
I’ve taken both my daughters here over the past couple of years. Drum lessons have been consistent and fantastic. Voice and piano lessons have been less productive – largely due to no-shows from teachers or communication issues.
