Im very confused. Why dont they have inventory for back to school? I dont understand why this is the only vendor that service the school yet never have inventory. I went a month ago and the same issue so I have come to the conclusion that they want to do orders to avoid having left over items. I asked what is the issue, you know school is coming and I was informed, THEY created the wrong logo
As a consequence the business decides to ship and put the cost on customers. Its disgusting. Its no way, Im paying $11 to ship a $11 gym shirt. Maybe its time for us parents to speak with the PTO about changing vendors. We pay way too much money for this service. I do not have this issue with the middle school vendor at all. Oh, and there is no attempt to just order more inventory, they want the orders. Just order more inventory and have them in store. If it takes 14 days to ship why not just get additional inventory. I dont care if this is a family business, its an inconvenience to the consumer who have no other options. I think its time for a change.
I visited the Lanham Flynn OHara recently and had an enjoyable experience. The manager Tyrel was super knowledgeable, patient and kind. Although the store did not have all my items at the time he assisted my son in finding the appropriate sizes and provided best next steps for completing the order. My only issue is Flynn OHara needs to ensure schools carry size husky as it is not always common for students to fit the regular framed sizes advertised. Thank you to Tyrel and the Lanham store for your help. We are looking forward to visiting with you again.
My first time shopping in store and it was the most organized and well ran uniform store I have ever seen. It’s like a well oiled machine from the time you walk in the door until the time you exit the store. They have uniforms ready to buy, you don’t have to order and wait weeks to pick up your items. Hayden was AWESOME! She was kind, patient, and very helpful with getting uniforms for my grandson. I would absolutely recommend Flynn O’Hara for all your uniform needs.
