Would give ZERO stars if possible. They don’t communicate well. I’m a single mom who struggles. They made things very messy for me by not communicating certain complications during their moves of facilities before my girls started. Due to these complications I was told they would work out a payment plan with me, which I thought was kind. But not too long after that I get told I need to pay tuition. When I responded asking about the payment plan and what it would look like I got no reply. Then they make a post on the daycare page saying every one needs to pay. I sent another email AND a text asking how much I owe and what the payment plan would look like and still, no reply. Even read the message and didn’t respond!!!! On top of that multiple employees were down right rude and disrespectful. They’d simply glare and give nasty looks and not speak to me. I’d say thank you, have a good day, or ask how the kids did then they’d just shut the door in my face after glaring and saying nothing. I was late for pick up maybe two times (no longer than 8 minutes late) and was informed how “unhappy” it made the staff (maybe why they were so nasty to me?) and I would have to pay a late fee upon pick up. Driving from work in bend to the daycare in Redmond was new too me and I was getting used to the rush hour and how much time I’d need to get there. Instead of understanding that a single mother is struggling and rushing to get her kids right after work they made me feel like garbage. Even my two sweet fun loving daughters absolutely refused going back saying the teachers where rude to them. Please do not take your kids here!!!!!

Absolutely the worst encounter I’ve ever had with a preschool. Won’t be bringing my children there. Used the door bell to get in, greeted by a young lady who was pleasant, who went to find someone to answer my questions. The signs on the windows say “Now accepting” new children. What a joke! The slightly tall women with short, light colored hair came out to see me. She was extremely snotty, “What do you want!” Really? I asked some simple questions and she kept looking away. She rolled her eyes at me and said I’d have to come back. She gave me NO information and wasn’t interested in my children. I would absolutely NEVER leave children in the care of this horrible woman. This place is a nightmare: messy, lack of general security other than the locked front door; I could have walked right thru without anyone stopping me, children walking by seemed quiet and unhappy. I think the reviews on FB are from people who didn’t know what’s going on there or maybe they were staff because this place is horrible!
