This school is an ABOMINATION. I went transferred to this school for only 2 grades because I could not take it any longer. Boy, do I have so much to say! My sister and I were bullied constantly and NOTHING was done about it. Not a soul on that campus cared. On my first day, the classroom had about 30 kids in it. On top of that the teacher told me that all of the cubbies were full so I had to place my belongings under the flooded, nasty, roach infested sink, for 3 AND A HALF MONTHS. It was beyond awful. Somedays I couldn’t even eat my lunch because bugs had crawled into my lunchbox and infested it. My parents were highly disgusted at the treatment of me and my sister. That is not a way to welcome a new student.

And let me tell you about the lunches. Back when I was going there you wouldn’t even have a day without someone going home early from stomach pain/ vomiting. My friend got food poisoning and half the time the food was colder than ice in Antartica. Chocolate milk from two weeks ago looked like cottage cheese. The chicken half frozen and the pizza’s cheese taste like rubber.

Next, the bathrooms. Every day some kids balled up tissue and water and chucked it at the leaky ceiling. Half the toilets didn’t even work. They would even turn off the lights close the door and say bloody Mary scaring little first and second graders out of their minds. When you went to the office to complain they said “ok we’ll see about it in a little bit”. I scraped my knee and that nurse slapped a band-aid on it, no Neosporin or Cleansing solution, and said “go back to class”. I could have gotten a serious infection . My sisters teachers were very caring but mine barely did anything. A CLASS WITH 40 KIDS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!! Would you like your kid to share a book with 5 other kids? No I didn’t think so.

Constantly every week some kid just had to set off that stupid fire alarm. Every day I felt like we were walking to the field. One time in my whole 2 years their was there actually a fire and that alarm went off almost every day. As much as I learned ” academically” at this school, the social aspect was not up to parr. This school is in a beautiful neighborhood. I hope that since I left, this school has changed dramatically!!!! I would have gave this school no stars if I could!!

The office staff is rude and lacks professionalism. I went there to pick up my nephew and the ladies didn’t even check my DL or his emergency card to see if I was on the list( I mean honestly any random can come pick up a kid off the street). She just told me to sign him out and when I asked which book, she snickered and rolled her eyes as if it was difficult to use common courtesy to answer nicely.
