Our Frankfort Plant Board is the best for all consumers in Frankfort and Franklin County as weve never had a problem with getting someone to come check our internet, TV , electric, water or sewers. We are a retired couple and sometimes all the new electronics are confusing, anytime we call they are so accommodating and always professional with any need we have. In fact when we got a new TV and couldnt get the remote to work correctly they sent a guy who fixed it for us and showed us how it works. I cant say enough good things about the Frankfort, Kentucky Plant Board and their staff, other than they are great!
I have had a terrible experience with this Internet and Cable service provider. The service started with less than what was promised, and the customer service was poor. When a technician came to fix the issue, they did a poor job, and the equipment provided was also of low quality. To make matters worse, my Internet and Cable services have been down for two days, and despite my attempts to get in touch with customer service, I have just been transferred from person to person without any resolution. Meanwhile, I am still being charged for the service. It is frustrating and unacceptable.
I’m from a very small town, where one electric company and one water company run the surrounding counties with their ridiculous rates. I recently moved to Frankfort, had to hook everything up in my name and I must say I was impressed to learn they handled all utilities all the way up to internet!! Which was seriously so perfect, everything I needed in one, and they were professional and fast, and very affordable, they aren’t taking advantage of their customers!! So nice and refreshing
