Ive experienced tons of issues with this new bus driver. The bus is never consistent with arrival time. Sometimes it arrives at 6:50 others 7:15. When I spoke to the garage, they gave me a 20 minute window. Next, the bus never stops and waits for my child to actually get to the bus. There has been over 5 times that he is walking down the long driveway (winter time) and the bus just drives off. After my complaint call last week to the garage about these instances, the bus driver doesnt even let the tires stop rolling before taking off again if he doesnt see the kids outside at the bus stop. Due to the recent attempted abduction, I do not feel comfortable with my children standing on a corner waiting for a bus for any length of time. Luckily, I have a camera on my house to show them every time it happens. Please train your drivers on patience, these are elementary kids. They dont move as fast as the high schoolers and even middle schoolers.
The driver for Leawood Dr. Has repeatedly drove off on my kids, the bus monitor and driver both have told me they can’t pick up our drop off next to my house then moments later they drive right past my place so I know they could. I have really small kids and according to our lease they cannot be outside unattended especially not a whole street over, so something has got to give. My Western hills schooler is always late too due to the bus being late. Same bus driver. This causes a daily overwhelming stress trying to time it right as it comes different times and these kids are left for 20 minutes in the cold sometimes because of this it have to be driven from missing cuz it came early one day. It’s ridiculous
Im just saying the drivers dont care to put kids In danger because next time I find bus #1 driver in my wifes phone trying to hook up Im gonna be going on to the bus then Ill apologize to all the parents that there kids had to witness anything like that because of the drivers lack of professionalism and me John Arnold knows Im not playing its called I work from sun up to some days sun down in construction dont have time to play with a soft hand bus driver lol sorry figure I would get on here maybe something would get done before we end it my way you guys have a great yr
